It is available as a patch to 8.10 ( http://www.ifost.org.au/Documents/dp-patch-list.html for up-to-date links) if you have a valid support contract.
Since then 8.13 has been released ( http://blog.ifost.org.au/2014/10/data-protector-813-released.html ) and the general recommendation is to go to version 9. Don't forget to buy my book on Data Protector.
